/ˈbäbkə/ is a sweet, buttery yeasted bread, with swirls of chocolate or cinnamon. We roll, fill, braid, and twist our babka to create swirls that pull apart into delectable, irresistible layers. It’s labor intensive and we think it’s worth the trouble, and we know you will too. It’s best served warm and is good for breakfast, as a dessert, or with coffee or tea in the afternoon. We serve it by the slice, or you can take a loaf home to share with family and friends.
